Dave and Kate, both esteemed Hollywood writers and directors, sought the expertise of LVR Studios to revamp their kitchen, dining area, office, main powder room, and main bathroom. This project was a true collaboration as they actively contributed to the creative process. Dave and Kate wanted to infuse their spaces with unique colors, funky patterns, and distinctive materials, steering away from a classic aesthetic. The goal was to accommodate their passion for hosting and cooking while showcasing their vibrant personalities. Additionally, they wanted to create gathering spaces for guests that ultimately left a lasting impression. 

In both the kitchen and bathroom, Zellige tiles were incorporated to add character and charm. All-natural stones took center stage in both the bathroom and kitchen designs. The dining room and kitchen saw a significant use of eye-catching wallpaper, reflecting the lively personalities of the homeowners. Given Dave's role as a Hollywood writer, he wanted the spaces to be full of surprises, with the inclusion of surprise entrances. For instance, to access his office, a secret button exclusively wired to his touch served as the entryway to his secluded writing nook.
