Discovery Walkthrough
This in-person session serves as a crucial foundation for understanding your vision. We conduct a comprehensive consultation of your entire project. Here, we discuss preliminary budgets and timelines followed by a formal proposal.
Design
What we do best! Our design process includes: concept development, concept planning, renderings, construction documents, furniture, and fixture sourcing. Each design package is tailored to the scope of the project.
Procurement
Choose your desired furnitures and fixtures, and let us take care of the rest. We seamlessly manage the sourcing, buying, and delivery process so you can enjoy without the complexities of coordination.
Construction Management
This involves meticulous planning, coordination and execution guaranteeing that every aspect meets the LVR Studios standard. With our dedicated team onsite, we oversee the entire project which is integral to bringing your design vision to life.
Installation
This is the culmination of the entire project put together! It’s the final phase where we ensure all of the furnishings, fixtures, decorative items, and more are implemented and arranged accordingly. We engage a third-party to assist us in crossing the finish line.
