Location: North Hollywood, CA

Project Duration: 2021 - 2023

Lauren and Joe purchased a standard builder-grade home constructed in 2018 with the intention of customizing it to reflect their unique style. Through extensive renovations, we successfully transformed the house to maximize it’s functionality and achieve a more personal feel. Lauren's vision was to incorporate a Japandi-inspired aesthetic and we accomplished that with custom wood work an earthy palette spread throughout the space. Jewel and neutral tones  were also integrated to maintain a timeless look, a choice influenced by their growing family.

Certain rooms were tailored with distinct themes, such as the theater room with a custom-made bar inspired by Art Deco themes and the golden age of Hollywood. Other notable rooms were the nursery and the main bathroom, which were renovated for their expanding household. Our commitment to customization was evident in the extensive use of white oak millwork for the paneling, cabinetry, and slates in order to place a significant emphasis bringing the outdoors in throughout their home.
